Problem Statement:
- The proposal aims to temporarily increase the nomination limit to 160 DOTs in order to prune the number of nominators and keep the nomination ecosystem active.

Significance:
- The previous enacted proposal had a flaw in the numerical values, resulting in an incorrect minimum nominator bond value.

Proposed Solution:
- The correct value for the minimum nominator bond should be set to 160 * (10^10), i.e. 1600,000,000,000.

Expected Outcomes:
- The correct call hash and data for the proposal are provided.
