As per the discussion in Kusama Direction today, I am proposing a motion for majority referendum to *schedule* a new auction immediately after the end of the current auction. 

Parameters for the scheduled call can be seen in the submitted preimage - block 9534968 is exactly `5 * DAYS` after the beginning of the end period of the current auction - other parameters are taken from prior auctions (starting period of `27000` blocks, current lease period `15`) 

edit: please vote NAY to this motion, `5 * DAYS` is insufficient time on it's own to close the auction after ending period begins. 



- The proposal is to schedule a new auction immediately after the current one ends.
- The parameters for the new auction are mentioned in the submitted preimage.
- The starting period for the new auction will be 27000 blocks.
- The lease period for the new auction will be 15.
- The motion suggests voting against it because 5 days is not enough time to close the auction after the ending period begins.
