EDIT: incorrect threshold - this will do nothing

~~Cancel and reschedule the scheduled lease period auctions with all parameters exactly the same, other than `duration` (of the auction)

My error was that I was specifying the ending period for `duration`, when `duration` specifies the starting period - I had specified 72000 (5 days), but the ending period is already hardcoded to 5 days onchain - I am now specifying 27000 (45 hours [2 days - 3 hours for randomness]) as should have been specified in the original motion.

Sorry for the any confusion!

To any readers: nothing has changed in what you should expect - the previous motion had an error which this motion amends.~~

- The change will not affect what you should expect.
- Sorry for any confusion.
