- **Problem Statement:** Developers face challenges in ink!-based contract development due to the lack of reliable common contracts, difficulty in achieving contract combination and expansion, absence of public components, and insufficient experience accumulation in ink! contract development.

- **Significance:** These issues restrict the current ink!-based contract development ecosystem, and Metis aims to address these problems while avoiding existing challenges in Solidity.

- **Proposed Solution:** Metis will develop a contract standard library similar to Openzeppelin-contracts, including components for Access, Security, Token, Governance, and ink! contracts, to provide support for abstraction mechanisms and practical components.

- **Expected Outcomes:** By implementing Metis, developers can benefit from reliable common components, improved contract combination mechanisms, and enhanced experience accumulation in ink! contract development, ultimately fostering a more robust ink! contract ecosystem.
