Dear Community,

I am proposing the closure of bounty 14 on Kusama as it is now replaced by [bounty 24](https://polkadot.polkassembly.io/bounty/24) on Polkadot. The bounty originally funded the Moderation Team but the team has since moved their source of funding from Kusama to Polkadot.

The action of closing the bounty would return any remnant funds on the account to the treasury and remove the curator. In this case the Curator was already removed. This occurred because the curators did not extend their expiration date and it elapsed. When such occurs it leaves the Curators open to a permission-less extrinsic to remove them.

Kind Regards,

- Problem Statement: The post is aimed at the Polkadot community, proposing the closure of bounty 14 on Kusama, which is now replaced by bounty 24 on Polkadot. The bounty was originally for the Moderation Team, which has since shifted its funding source from Kusama to Polkadot.
- Significance: The closure of the bounty is significant as it would return any remaining funds to the treasury and remove the curator, who has already been removed due to an elapsed expiration date.
- Proposed Solution: The author suggests closing bounty 14 on Kusama, thereby returning any leftover funds to the treasury and officially removing the curator.
- Expected Outcomes: The expected outcome is the efficient reallocation of funds back to the treasury and the formal removal of the curator, streamlining the transition of the Moderation Team's funding source from Kusama to Polkadot.
