We're excited to propose enterprises onboarding and strategic partnerships.

**Summary of the Proposal**

Nigeria is home to over 39.7 million SMEs, one of the largest SME clusters (third globally), representing \~96% of all businesses, driving \~46–50% of GDP, and employing over 84% of the workforce.

Yet, most Nigerian SMEs still operate on Web2, despite clear opportunities for blockchain solutions in payments, logistics, supply chain, compliance, and digital records.Kusama Network, an open source to test projects, is perfectly positioned to capture this untapped market, but awareness, local engagement, and real business pilots are needed to open the door. This proposal will fund a practical local activation track to onboard Nigerian SMEs to build on and integrate with kusama, showing clear real-world use cases that align with their day-to-day operations.
