With OpenGov up and running on Kusama, the current auctions [schedule](https://kusama.polkassembly.io/motion/438) suffers an enactment issue: all pending auctions won’t enact successfully, although scheduled, due to a `BadOrigin` error: [https://kusama.subscan.io/block/15523200?tab=event&&event=15523200-16](https://kusama.subscan.io/block/15523200?tab=event&&event=15523200-16).
