Dear Council,

I wish to propose a tip to Abdulbee for an article titled [ink! for smart contracts – the 101 guide](https://thiscoindaily.com/ink-for-smart-contracts-the-101-guide/), which he wrote.
The article is a simple guide on how to use the ink! programming language to write smart contracts for blockchains built on the Substrate framework. It does a great job at filling a pre-existing educational gap, thus making it easier for the everyday user to deploy smart contracts on Substrate-based chains.

Abdulbee's receiver address can be verified at the end of a previously written article which can be found [here](https://thiscoindaily.com/a-systematic-guide-to-exploring-substrate/).
