This request is for funding first setup and maintenace of stakeworld RPC services for kusama and polkadot. We are proposing it as a tip just like our [snapshot service](https://github.com/stakeworld/stakeworld-treasury/blob/master/Q3-setup-maintenance.md) which was also submitted as a tip (as adviced by the council).

The proposal can be found here: [https://github.com/stakeworld/stakeworld-treasury/blob/master/Q4-RPC-setup-maintenance.md](https://github.com/stakeworld/stakeworld-treasury/blob/master/Q4-RPC-setup-maintenance.md)
