Hi Council Members,

I would like to bring your attention to Describedot, a platform that makes educational and newsworthy videos for the Polkadot/Kusama ecosystem in Hindi. Hindi is the world’s 3rd most spoken language and offers a huge potential market for the Polkadot community.

**### Note: I will be refunding all of the funds I might earn as the proposer. They’ve recently expanded their team by hiring a content/scriptwriter and a designer. They need all the help they can.

In terms of the engagement they are generating, if you go through the videos they’ve published, you’d find an approx 1K views and a good amount of comments on each video.

They are currently working on two youtube series, the first one being educational and the second one going around the lines of a weekly update. Do take a look at their channel and subscribe to it while you are here.

They are looking for tips for the videos they’ve created from 5th Dec - 5th Jan. This includes both educational and news videos.
