Hello Council,

Polkacli is essentially a list of prewritten bash commands that can be easily called and run.

The help with setting up a node and running one (monitoring, updating, restarting...) and thus should be especially helpful to our validators.

The code can be found [here](https://github.com/kusamaxi/polkacli)

The address of one of kusamaxi's validators can be verified on [twitter](https://twitter.com/kusamaxi), the address in this tip request is the parent account of that.
