I'm Victor Moreno, Polkadot ambassador candidate, i've organised a Polkadot Decoded viewing party for crypto enthusiasts and the Polkadot community with the following programme

We submitted a proposal before Decoded for the Ibiza viewing party in PA for discussion, but our proposal was so close to the main Polkadot Decoded event, that there was not enough time to analyse it by the council, between others, then we received an email from "darren@parity.io") commenting on the possibility of applying to the TIP mechanism and we talked to "ezio@parity.io" also about this possibility so we decided to do it.
