Dear Council,

I am proposing this tip to James Agenda the proprietor of HoldPolkadot.com whose identities can be verified [here](https://www.holdpolkadot.com/james-agenda). James is well known under his alias _-_agenda_-_ on reddit where he contributes to the various Polkadot and Kusama communities.

One of his major achievements is a [blog post](https://www.holdpolkadot.com/post/5-best-places-to-stake-polkadot) that compares five of the ecosystem's more popular staking options. It has been the topic of much discussion:

- [https://www.reddit.com/r/Polkadot/comments/osmhjs/5_best_places_to_stake_polkadot_imho/](https://www.reddit.com/r/Polkadot/comments/osmhjs/5_best_places_to_stake_polkadot_imho/)

- [https://www.reddit.com/r/dot/comments/osmj3b/5_best_places_to_stake_polkadot_imho/](https://www.reddit.com/r/dot/comments/osmj3b/5_best_places_to_stake_polkadot_imho/)

- [https://www.reddit.com/r/Kusama/comments/osmjss/5_best_places_to_stake_polkadot_and_kusama_imho/](https://www.reddit.com/r/Kusama/comments/osmjss/5_best_places_to_stake_polkadot_and_kusama_imho/)

A key takeaway from the blog post is an infographic seen below:

James continues to interact with stakeholders to ensure the blog post remains relevant and he supports the respective reddit threads. I see this as good material for new entrants to the community and I hope that the council shares my view.

Kind Regards,
