Dear community,

I am recommending a tip to Vegas_life_main aka Ccris for supporting efficient operations of the 1KV by identifying a list of participants that became stale. He defined stale by individually reviewing accounts based on last activity, last binary version, number of faults and last online parameters.

The PR with the list of users may be found [here](https://github.com/w3f/1k-validators-be/pull/1909) and his analysis document can be found [here](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1DUmAfl9GpwIGfVzcpH16OrrBSL65IAfgAmPdiAZ6Da4/edit?usp=sharing)
