Dear Council,

I am proposing that the 3-part video series Paradoxxx has created be considered for a tip. The video series is a very straight-forward break down that demystifies Parachains. It is clear that Paradoxxx has invested quite a bit of time and effort into researching and carefully considering his educational approach. I believe this series will help our community members have more confidence understanding, evaluating and participating in crowd loans.

The three videos are:

1. Parachains: Part 1 - What are Parachains?

2. Parachains: Part 2 - What is a Crowdloan?

3. Parachains: Part 3 - The Bidding Process

Thank you for your consideration.
