Dear council,

Thank you for voting in favour of our latest treasury proposal. Unfortunately, since we have put up the proposal, the price per KSM has decreased significantly.

In our proposal we used a KSM rate of $34. During the approval process, the rate has decreased by almost 30% to $24.6/KSM at payout time. 

This leaves a gap of $16474 ($60200-($24.69*1771KSM)) between the requested (and approved) funds and the actual payout. 

We would very much appreciate if the difference could be covered through this tip request.

Perhaps we can include a buffer in the KSM price to ensure that the funds are met? In the following calculation I will use a KSM price of $20 to allow for that buffer.

$16474/$20 = 823.7 KSM

*Any amount above $16474 at tip payout date will of course be paid back to the treasury*
