Juliana Cabeza is an active member of the brazilian DotSama community. Through translations into portuguese and spanish, she has proven to be a dedicated, attentive and thorough collaborator. She has recently translated and subtitled four episodes of the series Uncharted Territories into both languages, as well as other videos made for Polkadot. This request is for the fifth episode of the series (translated and subtitled in Spanish) and that's why I recommend this TIP.

One of the biggest problems faced by first and second generation Blockchains is how to finance their evolution.

Progressing in a technology that becomes more and more complex and comprehensive over time requires great effort, which must be planned in a transparent and sustainable manner.

In this episode of the series Uncharted Territories, filmmaker Miguel Marques investigates how the Kusama Treasure works and for what purposes it is applicable.

In interviews with key figures in the DotSama ecosystem, he documents how this pioneering process of creation was and how Treasure is becoming a vital part of the Governance of the Kusama network.

Uncharted Territories clarifies the complexity surrounding fourth-generation blockchain networks, their concepts and technologies. The programs in the series (which is also available on Youtube**) create a necessary dialogue between developers and lay users, raising issues ranging from technology to politics, through ethics and philosophy.

Miguel Marques is an independent Portuguese documentary filmmaker. His production includes observational films about public and political institutions. In 2013, Marques produced and directed Pots Pans and Other Solutions about the economic crisis in Iceland and how its citizens organized their demands to create a more participatory democracy.
