The internet today is broken. All social gaps are present and even amplified online. Internet corporate giants are reaping the benefits of this new digital age. There is a clear conflict of interest between those who want to centralize the Internet and all of us.

How do we fix this? With open software we can build a new infrastructure. May it be truly open, free and resilient. Kusama and Polkadot combine different technologies into a single interconnected ecosystem. An environment for you to create new applications. Organizations, jurisdictions, and economies retiring current structures.

Kusama is a blockchain network with a real ability to scale by connecting other networks. And that shares the same codebase as Polkadot. These networks are the ideal development environment for teams that want to innovate.

Kusama is a "canarian" network. Created to lead innovation and accelerate the elimination of intermediaries in different markets. Putting the tools of the next generation in the hands of the true agents of this change.

Programmers will be able to build global business models that will shape a new market. Destroy monopolies and make innovation come from the bottom up.

It's time to question everything. It's time to build our new answers.
