Dear Council,

Yuri has built and open sourced SubstraHooks: a collection of useful react hooks.

The hooks work with polkadot.js on substrate blockchains and are therefore extremely useful to any developers in the substrate ecosystem looking to build react apps. The repo has already been starred 13 times.
