Dear Council,

Yuri from RMRK really goes above and beyond to help! Besides working extremely hard on RMRK itself, Yuri is super helpful to anyone looking to build on top of substrate and RMRK. He tends to any and all questions (even the basic ones) and personally helps wherever he can no matter the day of the week or time of day. You don’t have to scroll up very far in https://t.me/rmrkimpl to see many examples but that is just the tip of the iceberg. Anyone that has had an NFT related issue on Kusama will tell you the same! Yuri’s warm welcome to the next generation of builders is extremely valuable to the whole Kusama ecosystem as they get onboarded through our NFT space.

I appreciate your time.

People are key. The tech would be worthless without them.
