Jay Chrawnna has a sustained record of producing engaging and instructive videos about Kusama and the ever-expanding 'Dotsama' ecosystem. His recent contribution [Polkadot Explained: Finders and Tips - Polkadot/Kusama what the FAQ](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JN3YcTv0aRM) has enabled me to propose this tip via polkadot.js and write this supporting statement on Polkassembly.

My tip proposal is both poetic and pragmatic, in that it attempts to perform and reward Jay's well crafted guidance.

I hope that the Kusama council members will agree that Jay's work on this particular topic is meaningfully advancing accessibility, broadening participation and thus decentralising the use of the Kusama treasury.
