Dear Council,

This tip is being proposed to user javascriptjhon (Jhon) on discord, who is also the developer of the popular tool [https://polkaview.network/dot/](https://polkaview.network/dot/). This tool was frequently used to monitor the minimum dot stake in a graphical and easy to access manner with short load times.

Jhon continues to provide the community with snapshots of relevant data using simple yet effective visual displays. While Jhon continues work on the dashboard I believe that the information presented is relevant now and will be a bookmarked/pinned resource for many.

He has also been as kind as to share the source with the community for those who may wish to build on his work.
