Dear Council

Cris (Vegas_Life) has compiled some common logs and their explanations for kusama/polkadot node operations. When he posted it on the chat room, it generated great interest among Parity/W3F members. Dan from Parity suggested that it should be added to a "log FAQ" page on the official wiki. Radha from W3F followed up and said that "we will add this page to the Wiki".

Great job for initiating this project. Now the community will take it from there and make it to the official wiki!
