We are proposing Statescan: a statemint asset explorer. Please check the proposal detail and discussions on [post 696](https://kusama.polkassembly.io/post/696).

The price calculation: The MA30 price on [subscan](https://kusama.subscan.io/tools/charts?type=price) is $289.375 at my proposal time. So the KSM we request is $23000 / $289.375 = 79.48. Thanks.
